How it works

    Use the enquiry form, email or call us with the date, time and venue of the service, and how long a film you’d like.

  2. Book and pay

    We confirm the length, price and delivery time, then take payment to secure your booking.

  3. Share your material

    We send a private link for your photos, video clips and music ideas.

  4. Review a draft

    We send you a draft, and you tell us what to change.

  5. Receive the film

    We deliver the final film in the format your venue needs, plus a copy for your family to keep.

For funeral directors

A personal tribute film your families can add to the service, with nothing extra for your team to do.

  • No extra work

    Families send their photos, video clips and song choices to us, directly or through you. We do the rest and deliver a finished MP4.

  • Quick turnaround

    Typically within 48 hours of receiving the material, with rush delivery within 24 hours, subject to availability.

  • Your price, your margin

    You set the fee your families pay. We invoice you once a month, with payment due within 7 days.

  • Changes included

    One round of changes is included with every film.

  • Digital file only

    We supply the MP4. Playback equipment and setup are the funeral director’s or venue’s responsibility.

  • Family privacy

    Photos and video are used only to make the film, and deleted 30 days after delivery.

Venue formats

Every venue has its own file requirements, and some check files in advance for a small fee. Tell us where the service is and we’ll deliver what they need.

Your photos

We use them only to make your film and delete them 30 days after delivery. We never use your film to promote our work without asking you first.
